Another Immunotheraphy drug stock that started their phase 111 trial for 750 patients in December quoted the cost of the trial at 24 million USD. Only a small part of the trial is being run in the good old USA. Obviously it is more expensive to run trials in the USA. I would think Prima's trial with a similar amount of patients would have similar costs to the 24 million they quoted.
