    i dont own and intend not to
    issue 5.5 and now 5.4
    not many will take up entitlements
    11c NTA and 13% yield looks good ON PAPER

    but as we have learned from GFC LVR 60-70% still
    unsustanable
    my prediction the SP will be and should be 2-3c
