Here is a brief history of ELM.

Mark Jones, CEO
Director of Patersons Securities Limited which is the most respected stock broker institution in Australia. Over 20 years of mining and stock market experience.

Iain Macpherson Managing Director
Mining Engineer, Former COO and MD of UraMin. Over 25 years experience in developing and managing mining operations in Africa, Europe and Russia.

John Sanders Executive Director
Exploration and mining geologist Former VP Exploration for UraMin, former, Regional Exploration Manager at AngloGold Ashanti, 28 years experience in Africa.

Ian Stalker Director
Chemical Engineer, Former CEO of UraMin, formerly MD of Berkley Resources. Over 35 years experience developing and managing mining projects worldwide.

As you can see here, the key team is coming from Uramin. Uramin was a company in the business of exploring uranium deposits for developing mines in south African countries. After a very successful exploration stage it was taken over by a French company for $2.5 billion.

Also, as you can see from the graphic below, I. Macpherson and J. Sanders started to work for ELM on 19th of Oct. 2009.

After a year later, on 24th Sept. 2010, when those two ex-Uramin guys have had a good understanding of ELM's business, ex-Uramin CEO I. Stalker accepted to work for ELM. That tells me that the whole ex-Uramin team is expecting a good result from ELM/s business.
