To me, the most interesting aspect of the article is this paragraph "Curiously, both hedge funds have referred to a confidential report by KordaMentha, raising questions about whether or not the market is fully informed."
I guess both Coastal and Bronte would have known something about this report, otherwise, they wouldn't be so strongly against the bid by TPG. They would stand to lose more if the decision to vote NO leads to the collapse of the share price. Wouldn't you think so?
