The Southwest interconnect system has at least 4GWH of battery storage in the process of being built. I think it would be a great idea for stx to diversify into solar and battery storage to join in the energy transition. I see they already have a small array to power one site. That's a start. With the super left wing state govt propping up coal mining and investing in solar wind and batteries we should also swim with the current (pun intended). Those big batteries need to be charged every day that's what our peaker will be paid well to do. With good support with local govt helping clear the regulatory path in these directions.
