At the moment the share price remains depressed as this is off the radar of instos and most brokers after the savage profit downgrade of last year. In addition Elders management seem (understandably) gun shy around providing a true outlook till the April - June key trading period has occurred.

With all the positive news around the long terms prospects of the industry at the moment - rains, rising food prices etc - then any good company news which comes out is going to really raise the share price. My money is on the fact that a turn around is underway and management is being cautious - after taking such a beating before - in broadcasting the fact.
