hwill, I think you have to take WMs actions with a grain of salt. Look at the game he played with the JORC/Hotcopper debacle. Do you really think he intended to sue? Or maybe he just didn't want anyone talking down his worse than expected JORC and knew HC would shut the thread down.
I wouldn't be surprised if the a game is being played here also, but this time it's to shut down trading while the Libya is starting to take the market lower. We've just broken the major uptrend support on the XJO. CDU was heading under $3 once more. But then again, I've been watching way too many X-Files reruns. The truth is out there.
