Given that 10 mill went under the hammer yesterday there has to be some excitement for to day as yesterday the buyers were consistent all day and could have left the price to languish at various stages but preferred to get on board regardless of some skinny buyers board on occasions so I will stick my neck on the line and call 6.3 at the close on 4 mill of turnover
