    Cruickshank"s top 3 excuses for why the new acquisition failed to get done.

    1. I had a deal in place but my dog ate the contracts.
    2. I said end of the quarter but I never said what year.
    3. We have a deal but its under a strict confidentiality agreement and I can never mention it again so don't ask. Trust me, Its great.
