I don't really want to have to explain this BEE thing again in detail - please refer to my previous posts on Black Economic Empowerment proceeds. The bottom line is that until all development capital (Capex) is recovered by CCC, then all revenue/profits from BEE partner owned assets are effectively going to CCC. Depending on how long this takes, say 3 - 4 years, the BEE partners will not see any returns from these assets (incl. VlkVk). The BEE partners, mainly Bruce Buthelezi, however receive some payments, which I think are included in director fee payments (not sure how they are represented in the accounts - probably "consulting fees").
