If N.C mates force this thru we all know that we are being shafted by sheer arrogance.As minority shareholders we should start a class action as shareholders to stop this crap.The only reason to sell is N.C control of the board and to line his pocket at the expence of lyc shareholders.Any comment from the legal profession?
