An absolute debacle this scheme has become! You can't have a Scheme Implementation Deed when there is no longer a Scheme! What was the Scheme is now to be governed by a re-branded "Transaction Implementation Deed". Which offers the same "final" price on different terms. New name, same defective, defunct deed.

This escapade has now cost the company $AUD1.6m. Almost a third of the half yearly profits. Will the directors voluntarily accept responsibility for this poorly thought out financial frolic? What will be the final cost?

Novomatic wants shareholders to believe this is a full and final offer and that Shareholders should "Accept the Offer". This really sounds like a disingenuous farrago of horse manure and teutonic bluster to this investor. What if other investors are more than willing to buy stock at a higher price than a dollar? Will directors then recommend shareholders "Accept the Offer"?

Nowhere is it mentioned that Novomatic have got themselves into a predicament where they can't offer more than $1.00 for shares for the next four months under the scheme rules they voluntarily entered into. By the time this period elapses, the accuracy and truthfulness of the Independent Expert Report will have been fully examined.

Has AGI provided forward guidance for the next half yet? Would "Nosferatu" Neumann want shareholders to know what his sales people are telling me about the new Raptor cabinet's roaring success?

The company stated it won't pay a dividend again this past half year. Yet it offered a huge dividend to shareholders under the scheme if they sold their shares. A dividend entirely financed by borrowings! What's next? The dog ate my homework so i can't pay a dividend? Message to AGI - enough is enough - Prepare for litigation - Shareholders are entitled to dividends.

The company finally issued its court documents in relation to the termination of the scheme this evening. The company has until now sought to withhold the voting evidence upon which it relies to terminate the scheme i.e. the number of shareholders who voted against the scheme. I am very sure shareholders would like to see how many voted for and against this ill conceived Scheme. I've instructed lawyers to compel release of the scheme voting numbers in the name of honesty and transparency.

The fundamentals of AGI suggest a valuation that is substantially higher than today's price. $1.00 per share is a very unreasonable proposition.
