priority offer for image shareholders

Received today Potash West prospectus in the mail, and it closes 14 March 2011.

The parcel was posted on the 10th or March.

I find it absolutely ridiculous that they sent it so late.

(I am assuming others have also received it around today and it is not an aberration with my mail)

If s/h wanted to participate, those not in Perth would have no way of doing so, unless they opened the mail today, made sense out of 90 page thing, liked it and organized the cheque posted with Express mail by 6 p.m. today.

Of course the whole thing was available on Potash West's web site for a while.

But if the company indeed wanted Image s/h to participate (and they went into all this trouble with priority pool to avoid people holding small parcels of Potash West) - why leave it so late?

Absolutely shocking management of this offer IMHO.
