How difficult is it to say something, like..."CTP desired to simplify further its JV arrangements". This leaves a positive connotation. Could even include "...for the future".
It doesn't say "JV likely".
Instead a hunch shouldered sort of announcement. Is it really so hard to say something without over exciting/under exciting?
I am left with wondering is there nothing happening to write about to have a little more positive to say, or something is happening and JH is living in his own little mental world and forgetting we can't mind read?
