there may have companies which has worst balance sheet than chm but they do real business...we all know chm's real business is suing people and they are using share holders money in the court...they are not losing anything but they can dream of going into court again n again because they know that there are greedy investors right there in the market to finance them. you are better off investing in those worst balance sheets than CHM one.
