re: 1930 feet of 5 Jocam, I'd assume there's a large horizontal component here. We know these onshore wells were re-entries and presumably targetting stranded or bypassed gas(?) so likely deviated. Length of production liner won't reflect true thickness of productive sand for this reason (that's if I understand the tech correctly!).
