I am not sure that the fees are recovery of expenses - I read 1.1M + 0.5M goes to them for concocting this highly complex almost impossible to read and understand transaction - what happen to simple english - looking at the ongoing fees payable, these guys get at least 4% just for sitting down - excuse me, I am not happy, so there is a taint in my post
