The project involves building 200 three-car rail sets for the QLD labor government. Each bidder is required to fork out over 20m just to bid for the project for starters.
I'm glad Downer turned it down. The QLD labor government is no different to the NSW labor government and haven't we had a gut full from them. I feel sorry for whoever gets the project. No doubt they will learn the hard way.
