For tragic reasons I am also very bearish ATM however at the end of the day the JV leases will either come up with commercial O&G or they won't. And yes there is a huge crisis on the Libyan side of the border as Government Troops are now preventing the exit of many (though I assume they are allowing most foreign workers with papers to pass). These workers are being repatriated as soon as practicable.
