The boss of a Hyundai plant told me he didn't know what to do with his leave, so he went back to work.
I asked a girl receptionist at a hotel in Seoul what time she had to work to. 2 am she said. You'll be able to have a long sleep, I said sympathetically.
No, I have to go to university at 9, she answered.
Talk about Asian work ethic.
