if Brian really wants to know who is mostly to blame for the missteps and lack of performance with CSL, he only needs to look in the mirror.
In my opinion, CSL has become a $100 billion dinosaur and needs a material change in direction that is unlikely to be appropriately driven but the person who steered it into this current course.
Surely best practise corporate governance should not have one individual running such a company, for such a ridiculously long time (unless purchased a huge holding and/or a true founder like Murdoch, Lowy or Lew)
Very unfair of Brian to now try and make Paul MacKenzie the scapegoat for all the problems.
