cnn now reporting that n/plant number 2 has lost its cooling system and they are unable to get close enough to pour sea water in.
thats 3 reactors down and 2 with no cooling or water.
CNN are now saying the 20km exclusion zone suggested that the govt thinks there has been a meltdown. CNN believe the govt is with holding info re melt down.
