If you watched four corners this week you would realise that the management of WMR are looking for the best possible return for their shareholders. Namely the highest share sale price. Thus I can't see why they would be bothered in parting with any cash to control FCN when they already own 70% of this ground. To take control of FCN would be futile and not add one cent to their bottom line. Personally I think the Xstrata play with WMR is all about uranium and less to do with nickel.
