Anyway, just got an email back from the best mate of a familiy member, who's a broker. Sent him a quick rundown of AVI as I promised I would at a recent BBQ. The guy very, very rarely buys stocks from the speccy range. He told me he was astonished to see the MC under $200M, saying it is a steal at $50M MC. He was not familiar with AVI, but when he saw McSweeney's name it clicked to him. Apparantly this broker has been trading AKM a bit, and rates McSweeney very, very highly too.

He said he may have a dabble with AVI himself. I have not replied, as I'm thinking about leaving it at that for the time being. I'd be very interested to see what he means by a dabble, and how many people he recommends it to. Not much stock up for sale as always.
