Reports from Tokyo in, general, seem to be pretty much business as usual.

If there is substantial damage to the trust's properties, we will hear about it later with estimated impact on returns and SP adjustment would follow.

ATM management reported no obvious substantial damage but more thorough inspections will have to be carried out.

The fact that the earthquake ocured on Friday and investors had whole weekend to asses the situation also helped IMO.
