Yea I think you will see it swing a little bit today 3.70/4.00...The Radiation Level's are very very low...I think if there is any good to come out of somthing bad like this ...Is that yes they were to OLD & need to certinly tighten up the Certification rule's here...this is more to do with the tree huggers having there day in the sun
