i think that is hydrogen expoding resulting from the cooling process as steam is released from the concrete containment vessel and to be expected not a disaster as journos would have us beleive. Note thers is a steel and then a concrete containment vessel. A factual journo explained it all on US tv this mnorning. He didnt just show footage of an expected hydrogen explosion which looks dramatic and use the word meltdown twice in every sentence.
