well uranium got down to nearly $40/lb barely 9 months ago, and that was without the cloud of uranium fear floating around...
like I've tried to remind, in 2002 uranium was about $7/lb.
The places PEN and other uranium minnows was going in the last few months was based on anticipation of $80+/lb. How long will it take for us to see that again.
Few months or a few decades??
