SSC are handling Alcoa's slag, I do not pretend to know who signs and when.
I have always said the biggest catalyst that will draw the big funds will when the plant works to the fully closed cycle and is commissioned as an ittegral entity.
Even your laziest fund manager can then extrapolate to multiple plants worldwide.
Lately we hare witnessing a crescendo of manipulation activity as seen by trading pattern and posting, to shake as many of the tree before that happens.
