More like opportune time to snap up U stocks! Absolute dumb stupidity to think that what has happened in Japan will mean the end of U usage.
Media are drumbing this up, Rudd offering Japan australian scientists is like trying to sell rice to an indonesian, everyone is playing the expert at the moment. It reminds me of people after the GFC meltdown all saying how they new that would happen.
This is the true facts -
1) Japan has lost thousands of people from a Tsunami.
2) Japan will rebuild like they always do.
3) Unlike our governments, Japan will learn from the lessons dished out to them.
Now by that point 3 I am meaning that up until now Japans safety systems have only be tested using models not real life situations. Now with what has happened they will rebuild better, stronger and safer than they were before. Remembering that if what happened in Japan happened in another country they situation would have been much much worse.
Now dont think I am a heartless SOB but what has happened in Japan will benefit Uo2 in the long run. Nuclear powerstations will be safer than ever before.
