I think that they did well, normally if they issues shares to the shareholders first, the price tanks and it is under subscribed. Then it is put to sophisticated investors to make up the short fall. This way they have the money in the bank, which tops up the balance sheet. Then get then get the shareholders to stump up.

I would have liked an options issued as well, with exercise prices inline with the funding dates.

Doing nothing with anything, just watching....
