Why shouldn't it list?
Management is not going to stop progress based on market sentiment. Not a single thing related to this company has changed. Trials on the way, results next year etc.
Put yourself in the MD's position .........is he going to say,
"we have a promising product that may change the lives of millions, may follow dendreons path , may get exposure to US investors who will invest based on dendreons success , but lets wait until market sentiment changes!"

As long as its price is at the level required for listing this should list.
