And remember, it's not a loss until you sell.
Everyone needs too stop panicing. It doesn't have to be a loss.
When someone buys a car, they don't say "I lost $40K"... They say "Look at my new car!!"
Instead of saying "My shares are a loss", say "I have X-Ammount of shares in a highly prosperous company that is slightly down at the moment due to unrelated market factors."
