    hop,

It is now a Known factor, from what I gathered by reading these threads, that HR is charging the Company for rent and for other services rendered. As such it will always lead to speculations, and possibly, disputes.

As such I would ask the following:

"Why should HR be charging the Company for rents, and for his work for services rendered, separately from the payments he receives in the fulfilment of his position as the CEO/MD of the Company. It is our belief that pursuing/continuing that procedure is not in the best interest of the Company and it's Shareholders, where speculations may arise at some stage or another. As such, we do believe and recommend to the Board that it will be best for the Company to rent it's own premises independently of HR's, and to either employ it's own employees to fulfill that part of the requirements, or to engage someone else outside of the Company, and totally Independent."

hop, from what I have written above, you can get an idea of what I mean. You can change it to suit yourself if you so require. Bear in mind that English is my second language, so I am open to accept changes.

Please let me know if you need some more help or need further clarifications.
