apart from ff there will be individuals and instos that sold
to sit in cash waiting for other opportunity due to the broad reaction on world markets to ongoing natural disasters and the economic impact that will ensue, creating winners and losers---its really worth a big think tls will not be likely to outperform beyond its divvy.
