Maybe noone could predict what happened but just like no one bothered doing ongoing maintenace and inspection of reactors, so at the same time you all would not even have entertained the thought of any external possibilities.
Thats because you all get hung up with particular posters who preach the good and refuse to acknowledge any what ifs, at the same time you dont see no chest beating,..but why would you put everything into one basket because some one else has been?
