I'm sure you're right if you've researched it. I'm open about my fairly limited knowledge on both companies and with that have no idea if the deal sticks or not. Overall I'm concered about my exposure to uranium in my portfolio and therefore not keen to re-enter with the overall variables yet to be determined.
