    I agree that I think forthcoming dilution is weighing very heavily on SP, and is what has stopped me buying more.

    However, the number of shares on issue is irrelevant IMO. It comes down to market cap compared to where the income and profit might be in a few years.

    Just my thoughts on the factors.
