Had a good conversation with my 19 yr old daughter tonight at dinner.
She advised me she wont be buying. Property at these prices, so she can grind it out for 20 years and turn into a hermit because all her money went in payments.
The banks should take note, she wants a good solid future but is not willing to grind it out for the banks.
They can do the grinding if they want the money.
Kids are just smarter today.
