My take on this,and Ms Gillard would know, unless China, USA and Indian make a serious attempt to cut back on carbon dioxide emissions, we, Australia are wasting our time with one odd % of the world total. I am a sceptic anyway, just another way to tax us, and make some of the big boys like Goldmen Sachs and Al Gore get richer if they eventually have their way and get an ETS.
