I don't see any risks for LYC to sit on the Crown deposit for years if need be untill they need to develop it. It doesn't cost much to maintain a tenement to keep it under ownership. Many companies are doing this.
In the future LYC will be looking aroung for expansion. How else do you get share price growth. Why sell off the farm now for such an insignificant dollar value and then buy it back later at such an inflated value. Unless of course there is some ulterior motive such as lining some individuals pockets with gold.
