the company has always had negative net tangible assets, even during its heyday when it was trading above $1. Software (ie Lorenzo) is not tangible, therefore it has no value when working out NTA.
The company has net asset backing of $0.15cents.
Although looking at the shareprice you gotta wonder where that figure was pulled from.
I just hope my theory of funds dumping up to Friday (because it drops out of ASX300) is true. It should then consolidate next week. If it doesent then it could be all over for this stock.
