I hope your wrong about the 4000/4200 prediction, resource and manufacturing sector says you are and hey look at it this way, Japan are going to need alot of steel to rebuild those areas wiped out after the Tsunami. BHP, RIO, FMG etc etc will preosper i'm sure.........
