I just added an additional 8000 WAA to my portfolio @ $1.03.
This should prove to be a good buy with the yield 7.767% fully franked.
WAA has been sitting on heaps of cash so the current pullback should enable them to add to their portfolio at a discount.
Geoff Wilson has been conservative in WAA holding cash for this current situation as he was expecting a reasonable correction to occur this year & it has probably come sooner than even he expected.
If WAA take this opportunity to invest wisely they should be well positioned to continue to increase dividends annually.
