Yeah Gibba, who was to know but my conspearory (wrong spelling) theory that the big, big, BIG boys of the finance world can crash the world market on a whim or on the slight suggestion of bad news. Think about it: a couple of hundred billion dollars on a 3 to 5% change in the market. Do that ten times a year and you are looking at a 30 to 50% gain.
Besides if there is a nuclear explosion (which I do not wish), do you think the chinese or indians are going to stop building nuclear powerplants. Are the french going to shut theirs down? No.
