its simpler than that.
the last 3 closing prices have been 1.7, 1.7 and 1.6
take off 20% for la jolla. you get about 1.3c say.
add in a fluffy news, you could get 2.3/2.5c, so nearly 100% for nothing.
once they sell that lot out, down she comes again. and repeat the process.
anyway i bought a small parcel, pays for the electricity bill. but its becoming a value play soon if they can pull off tincom, downside say 1c, upside???? 3/5c???? dont know..but something.
