$100 million is a massive capital raising.
Hard to believe they payed $150.5 million + 14.7 million Hastie shares for Rotary back in 2008 which is over two thirds its entire current market capitilsation.
Hopefully now they will stop doing more aquisitions and concentrate on organic growth.
Im guessing the share price will drop to the 70 to 75 cent range once they come out of suspension.
Lets hope the outlook is good and things improve because with all the natural disasters there there will be no shortage of work and the company will have no excuse if they post another poor result.
