From what I have read on these posts you have mentioned to others that you keep abreast of what is said in this forum.

    1. You need to take note of the investor sentiment at the moment. I get a strong sense that there will be a negative reaction to the 2,5 c CR

    2. You need to remember it was them that drove the share price up and will be them that will drive the share price up !!

    3. Perhaps you need to consider an alternative method of a CR without damaging shareholder value to the extent that we have. Why not offer options to all holders that they can pay 1 c for with a generous take up. Even that kind of offer can be underwritten. That way it's the shareholders that benefit not the SI's.

4 The way I think right now is I am growing a little concerned. I am a big holder and have even spoken with you before. I have been through CR's and SBL since the first at 1 c. Each time I have done well out of it.

However - I ask you if the company is (as you so often have referred to) grossly undervalued - then why make matters worse ?

You sir - are not increasing shareholder value and if you believe that you are - come out with an explanatory statement and satisfy the smaller investor.

I challenge all HC posters to give the thumbs up and show Bill that you agree that WE DEMAND AN EXPLANATION TO THIS FIASCO !!!!
