Management question

Newcomer here. Just a quick question for existing shareholders, I have just been reading the story of DXN, and given the 49% revenue increase via contractual wins, do you think it is justifiable that the CEO's total benefits for 2025 be at 917k, and the CFO's be at 517k?

For me, this is a very large amount of money for a micro-cap that generated 16m this past FY and with a market cap of 15m, BUT, if management is consistently growing top line revenue and increase gross margins, then it seems they should be rewarded. What do you think, any thoughts?
