A poster on another site Simeseparrot made a good point about this that they only have a memorandum of understanding therefore the chinese could easily kick them out.
But then someone here said they are near a railway and electric power supply which should be good. I Knew they were about 60 clicks from Lhasa but didnt know they had infrastructure sounds like they do. Actually the more I learn about thiis company I realise how little I actually know about it.
This would be a good jv possibility
